I’m Linda Sorensen, SPHR, and I’ve been a Human Resources professional for 20 years.  I have a degree in Business Administration and I’ve worked in the manufacturing industry for most of my career.  With years of organizational development training I found TWI one of the best methods for training for any kind of repetitive job that I have ever seen.  I got involved with it in 2007 and I’ve used it since.  It is challenging and effective.

I am dedicated to educating others about Training Within Industry, TWI,  and assisting with their implementation of this method.  To date, I offer a Job Instruction, JI,  Training kit which includes a video detailing how to implement this program.  The kit also includes a CD containing all the documents needed to practice and train this method.    Kits for Job Methods, JM,  and Job Relations, JR,  will come.
