Our Company is committed to TWI and our goal is to make it easy and affordable for you to use it.   Our comprehensive training materials help you do just that.  Train at your organization at your convenience at a very  low cost.  Our Job Instruction, JI, kit provides all the materials you need to get this training started in your workplace.  The training video is so packed with information you’ll want  to watch it several times in order to absorb all the information! Our students love these training sessions and are enthusiastic about the method.

Your lean journey should include TWI.  We have found that in the development of the job breakdown, which is part of this method, many improvements in the steps and processes of a job can be immediately improved saving your organization time and money.  This process focuses on value added steps and forces you to question and eliminate non-value added processes.    With these materials you can develop your own coaches.  Coaching and training can be done at your convenience and on your worksite.
